All pricing on this web site reflects general pricing at the time the web page was last updated, and is intended to be used for budgetary or estimation purposes only. Pricing on this website is infrequently updated, and subject to change, so please contact us for current pricing.
Minimum Orders
Orders Placed Under $25.00 are subject to a $10.00 handling fee.
Method of Payment
For new and/or infrequent customers, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Please call us with your credit card information, or fax your order, we do not suggest sending your credit card information by email.
Our frequent customers with repetitive purchasing history may apply for open account with Net 30 terms.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax: Electra-ICA is required by law to charge and collect state and local sales tax in AR and certain surrounding states. Special Order Items
Non-Stock and Special Order products are sold on a non-cancelable, non-returnable basis. Shipment is made as quickly as deliveries are received from our source.
Shipment Damage / Shortage
Any claims for defective, damaged or missing products must be reported within ten (10) days
All shipments should be unpacked and inspected immediately upon receipt. If damage does not become apparent until shipment is unpacked, make a request for inspection by the carrier's agent. Failure to do this will result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim.
Merchandise Return
Returns must be pre-approved by an Electra-ICA customer service representative, and returned freight pre-paid.
The return cannot exceed 30 days of the original invoice date.
Returnable product must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
Electra-ICA strives to deliver the best possible products, in the best possible condition. Due to the electrical and/or electronic nature of the majority of our products, many items are not returnable without extensive testing by either our office and/or the product manufacturer to establish "resalable condition". Appropriate testing fees and/or shipping charges will apply to ensure that our next customer receives a trouble-free purchase of the product.
Customer order errors are subject to re-stocking fees.
Clearance items and non-cancelable, non-returnable "Specials" are not returnable.
Warranty Returns
If product is believed defective within the warranty period as stated by the manufacturer, it may be returned for warranty evaluation by the manufacturer.
All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer's terms and approval.
Please note that manufacturers warranties vary, and some manufacturers charge to evaluate products that are not found to be defective, and/or suffer damage that is not covered by their warranty policy.
Force Majeure -
Electra-ICA will not be held liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Electra-ICA, including but not limited to product allocations, material shortages, labor disputes, transportation delays, unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, acts or omissions of other parties, acts or omissions of civil or military authorities, Government priorities, fire, strikes, floods, severe weather conditions, computer interruptions, terrorism, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, riots, or war. Electra-ICA's time for delivery or performance will be extended by the period of such delay or Electra-ICA may, at its option, cancel any order or remaining part thereof without liability by giving notice to the Customer.
Warranty & Disclaimer
The products sold by Electra-ICA hereunder are manufactured by others and the only warranties that apply to these products are those of the manufacturer of the products which can be passed on by Electra-ICA to its customers. No other warranty of any kind is given in connection with the sale of these products and ELECTRA-ICA MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR AS TO ANY OTHER MATTER RESPECTING THESE PRODUCTS. Electra-ICA shall not be liable in connection with sale of the above products for any incidental or consequential purpose of any kind.
